Our made-to-measure profiles are designed and produced on-site in our head offices in Barzanò. We only use specialised equipment and highly advanced technology in our factories. Our goal is to fulfill all our customer requests, making specific, made-to-measure profiles.

Assembled products

We used machinery operated by both workers and robots so that we carry out the necessary operations in the correct sequence to make complex finished products, which have already been assembled and tested.

Welded products

By using three-dimensional laser beam welding equipment, we are able to make some of the most varied products in the sector. Laser beam welding is a welding technique that is used to join pieces of metal together.

A laser produces a high-intensity, concentrated beam in one specific place. This concentrated heat means that localised and deep welding can be carried out at high welding speeds, which is very resistant and also provides beautiful results at the same time. This is different to other metal welding techniques because laser beam welding doesn't add any material to the sheet metal and doesn't easily produce any beads or obvious residues.

Fibre laser welding needs advanced knowledge in order to be carried out properly and to perfection. The pieces have to be lined up perfectly, with particular emphasis being paid to machine calibration and maintenance. It is for this reason that this type of welding is a very delicate process and why not all companies within the sheet metal processing industry can ensure that their laser beam welding is executed flawlessly.
